How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.
What it is
OD-0522
A cordless brush cutter that changes job in thirty seconds. The tap-and-go head trims along walls and fences; the hardened three-tooth steel blade goes into tall grass and weeds where nylon line bounces off; the 40-tooth saw disc takes stems and branches up to 3 cm; the steel weed brush pulls moss and grass out of the joints in a paved yard. Two 21 V 4.0 Ah batteries take turns — one works while the other sits on the fast charger — and the brushless motor holds its speed when the grass gets thick. Telescopic shaft, head that turns 90° for edging, support wheel, padded double shoulder harness, guards, goggles and gloves are in the box, with a spare line coil and the service spanner.

Bought it for the strip along the fence that the mower never reaches. The steel blade goes through nettles and brambles without slowing down, and the second battery meant I finished the whole plot in one go. The wheel on the path is the detail I did not expect to use and now use every time.

Works well and it is easy to hold with the harness. One star off because the instructions are thin on which way the nut turns when you change the blade — once you know, it is thirty seconds.
