Who we are

No showroom. No jingle. Just stock.

OutletDen is an online store and nothing more. We keep a short range of tools, tech and home kit, buy each line in volume and sell it at a price that reflects that. You order on this site, a person phones to confirm, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is in your hands.

The stock

Everything we sell is new and comes in its original packaging. The range is short on purpose: a handful of aisles, each line picked because it does a plain job properly, whether that is drilling, charging, lighting or cleaning.

We buy each line in quantity and sell it ourselves, online only. There is no shop floor to rent and no chain of resellers between us and you, and that is where the price comes from. When a line stops earning its shelf it goes, and something more useful takes its place.

Checked before it leaves

Every order is picked and checked against its ticket before it is packed: the right item, the right quantity, packaging intact. Then it is boxed for the road and handed to the courier.

If something still turns up wrong, damaged or faulty, tell the contact desk. We replace it, repair it or refund it, as the law provides, and we pay for that return.

How cash on delivery works

  1. You orderFill in the ticket on a product page. The total, delivery included, is on it before you press the button. No card, no account.
  2. We phoneA person rings the number you gave, normally within one working day, and confirms item, quantity, address and total.
  3. We packThe order is picked, checked against its ticket and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
  4. The courier knocksA local courier brings the parcel to your door. Where the courier offers tracking, you get the link.
  5. You payCash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands: the price of the goods plus 4,99 € delivery. Nothing before, nothing after.

Where we deliver

Ten EU countries, one flat charge of 4,99 € per order. Parcels leave from inside the EU, so the price you see is the price you pay the courier: no customs or import charges are added on delivery. Working days from confirmation to your door:

Who is behind it

Two companies, two jobs. WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED is the seller: it owns the stock, takes your order and answers for it. the advertising operator runs the adverts and nothing else. If you need something, you need the seller.
