How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?

A cordless pruning kit in a moulded case, built around one universal aluminium pole: unclip the shears, clip on the mini chainsaw in about a minute, no tools needed. The brushless shears have an SK5 steel blade, two opening positions and a display for battery and cut count, for branches up to 5 cm. The brushless mini chainsaw has a titanium-coated low-kickback chain and two bars — a short one for pruning, a long one for firewood — for branches and logs up to 18 cm, with an automatic oiler, tool-free tensioning and a metal sprocket cover. The pole extends to 3 m and collapses back into the case, the head turns up to 180° and a shoulder strap carries the weight, for a working height of about 5 m without a ladder. Two 21 V 4.0 Ah batteries fit all three tools, with a fast charger. The LED work light gives up to 5,000 lumens, charges from its solar panel or USB-C, runs up to 12 hours on its 10,000 mAh battery, charges a phone from its USB output and is rated IP65.

Did the whole plum orchard on one Saturday. The chain goes through 10–12 cm branches without effort and the oil feeds itself, I only topped it up once. With the strap it is much lighter than I expected.

I am 71 and I stopped going up the ladder two years ago. With the pole I did both cherry trees and the walnut standing on the grass. Changing the shears for the little saw is one click and the battery goes back in the handle. My son looked it over and said it is well made.
