Two companies appear on this site. One sells. One advertises. They are not the same company, and this sheet says which is which.
1.
The seller
This is the company you buy from. It owns the stock, accepts your order, has it delivered, takes it back if you withdraw and answers for the legal guarantee. OutletDen is its trading name on this site, not a separate company.

The advertising operator
The adverts that bring people to this site are planned, paid for and managed by a different company. It holds the advertising accounts and nothing else. It is named here so that nobody has to guess who is behind an advert.

2.1
The operator takes no orders and no payments, holds no stock, ships nothing and handles no returns or guarantee claims. Parcels and letters about orders sent to its address cannot be dealt with there: everything about an order goes to the seller.
2.2
Its part in the handling of personal data is limited to campaign reporting and is described in the Privacy notice, section 3.

3.1
If an advert for this site ever seems misleading, tell the seller through the contact desk. The seller is responsible for what is offered on this site and will take it up with the operator.
4.
How to reach the seller
4.1
By email at desk@outletden.com (Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 (CET)), through the form on the contact desk page, or by post at the address in section 1. Messages are answered in English within one to two working days.
4.2
There is no showroom and no collection point at that address. Goods cannot be bought, collected or handed back there in person; returns go to the address given when a withdrawal is confirmed (Returns and refunds, section 4).
5.
Trading facts
5.1
We sell new consumer goods online to private customers in ten EU countries. Payment is cash on delivery only. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Goods are dispatched from within the European Union.
5.2
Contracts are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without taking away the consumer protection of the country where the customer lives (Terms of sale, section 15).
5.3
Data protection supervisory authority for the seller: Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk). Customers in the EU may also turn to the authority of their own country.

This website
6.1
The seller is responsible for the content of this site. Texts, photographs and layout belong to the seller or are used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without consent. Product and type names are used only to describe the goods.
6.2
We check what we publish, but mistakes happen. If a specification or a price on a product page is wrong, the confirmation call is where it gets corrected, before anything is dispatched and before you owe anything.
