Pick up the phone
We call within one working day to confirm the order and the address. No answer after several tries, no dispatch.
Give it 3 to 7 working days
Packed in 1–2 working days, then handed to a local courier in your country. Delivery is 4,99 € per parcel, flat.
Pay the courier
Cash, at the door, for the amount on your ticket. Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send it back.

In cash, to the courier, when the parcel arrives. There is no online payment on this site and we never ask for card details.
Terms of sale- Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal and Spain. Three to seven working days after the confirmation call, depending on the country. Delivery costs 4,99 €.
Delivery details- Can I send it back?
Yes. 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, and the refund goes to your bank account.
