Track your order

This site has no tracking box, and an empty field that answers nothing would be worse than admitting it. A parcel here is followed by its ticket number, by whatever message the local courier sends out, and failing that by asking a person.

What happens, in order

  1. Ticket loggedAt once

Once the ticket goes through, the page in front of you carries a number: ODN- and a run of digits. That is the handle the desk pulls your order up by. Copy it somewhere safe, because this site has no account to sign back into, and no email goes out unless you left an address.

  2. Someone rings youUsually 1 working day

A person rings the number on the ticket and goes through what you bought, where it is going and what the courier will be collecting. Until that conversation happens, nothing leaves the shelf. A phone that has not rung yet means an order waiting its turn, not an order gone astray.

  3. Picked, checked, handed over1–2 working days

After the call the order is picked off the shelf, checked against the ticket, boxed and given to the courier network that covers your country.

  4. On the road3–7 working days

How long depends on where you live; the country-by-country table is on the Delivery sheet. Where the local courier runs its own tracking, it sends you a link by text message or email, and often a delivery window on the day. Some of them ring instead. That link comes from the courier, not from us, so we cannot promise one for every country.

  5. At your doorOne attempt, then a retry

You pay the courier in cash and the job is done. Nobody home? The courier leaves a card or gets in touch to arrange another attempt — the detail is in Delivery, section 7.

Ask us to trace it

Write to desk@outletden.com with the four things below, or use the contact desk form and pick the topic about an order. We put the question to the courier and come back with what they tell us. The desk answers within 2 working days, and is staffed Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00 Central European Time.

When to ask

Once the door-to-door estimate for your country has run out, or as soon as the courier’s own message says something you did not expect. Earlier than that and the honest answer is usually “it is moving”.

Three things worth knowing

A link we did not send is not ours
We never ask for payment before the parcel arrives, and we never send a link to settle a delivery fee. You pay cash at the door and nothing else — see Payment methods. A message that asks for card details is not from us.
Lost the ticket number?
It is not a problem. The name and phone number used on the order will find it, and the desk can read the ticket back to you.
Changed your mind while it travels
Let it arrive, then use the 14-day right of withdrawal: it starts the day the parcel is in your hands. Right of withdrawal has the steps.
