How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0126

A mains-powered tacker that fires both staples and brad nails, for upholstery, cladding, fabric, insulation foil, light trim work and the back panels of flat-pack furniture. A dial on top sets the impact force so thin material is not punched through. The nose has a contact safety: nothing fires unless the tool is pressed against the work. Loading is from the bottom with a slide-out magazine, and a window shows when it is running low. Takes 6–14 mm staples of the common 11.3 mm crown type and 15 mm brads. 400 staples and 100 nails included.
