How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

A battery video doorbell that sends a call to your phone when someone presses it, wherever you are. 2K camera with a tall field of view, so parcels on the step are in the picture as well as faces. Infrared night vision, two-way talk, motion alerts with adjustable zones. Recordings go to a memory card in the indoor chime unit, so there is no subscription to pay. The battery lasts three to five months and charges over USB-C; existing doorbell wiring can also power it. Works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, like most of these. The plug-in chime is included.
