How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.
What it is
OD-0138
A 2000 W heat gun with two stages: 350 °C at 300 litres of air per minute, and 550 °C at 500. Strips paint and varnish, softens old adhesive and vinyl flooring, shrinks heat-shrink tubing, bends plastic pipe, thaws a frozen lock. Four nozzles come with it: a reflector for pipes, a fishtail for wide surfaces, a cone for spot work and a glass-protection nozzle for window frames. It stands upright on its back for hands-free use, and it cools down faster if you run it on the low stage for a minute before switching off. Overheat cut-out built in.

Took off three layers of old paint from window frames. The glass nozzle really protects the glass, I did not believe it. Second stage is seriously hot, be careful with it.

I ordered on Monday, they called me on Tuesday and on the following Monday it was in Braga. I have used it to bend PVC pipe for the garden irrigation and to remove old vinyl floor in the kitchen. It stands on its back while you work with both hands, which is more useful than it sounds.
