How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.
What it is
OD-0112
A 21 V cordless drill with a hammer setting for brick and block, a 13 mm keyless chuck and two gears. The 25-position torque collar stops screws before they strip; the top setting locks the clutch for drilling. It ships with two 2.0 Ah lithium batteries, so one charges while the other works, plus a one-hour charger and a moulded case. The LED under the chuck lights the spot you are drilling. Fine for shelves, flat-pack, decking screws and the odd hole in masonry. It is not a demolition tool and we will not pretend otherwise.

Bought it for my husband's workshop and ended up using it myself more than he does. Put up six shelves and a curtain rail in a brick wall, hammer mode goes through without drama. Two batteries is the best part, one is always charged. Courier called a day before, paid him at the door, all simple.

Tool itself is fine, strong enough for everything around the house. One star less only because the courier came a day later than the SMS said and I waited at home for nothing. Not the shop's fault I guess.

First time I order something with payment on delivery, so I was a bit careful. They phoned me the next morning to confirm the address, the parcel came on the fifth working day and I paid the courier. Everything as described on the page, the torque ring is precise and the light under the chuck helps a lot inside cupboards.
