How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0515

A handheld steam cleaner that heats tap water to a pressurised jet in about three minutes. Steam loosens baked-on grease, soap scum, limescale film and the grime in tile grout and window tracks, without detergent. 1050 W, 350 ml tank, roughly ten minutes of steam per fill. A safety cap stays locked while the tank is under pressure. Nine accessories: jet nozzle, two round brushes, angled nozzle, window squeegee, fabric head with cloth, extension hose, measuring cup and funnel. 4 m cable. Not for unsealed wood, cold glass in frost, or anything the maker says to keep dry.

The grout in our bathroom was grey and I had given up on it. Twenty minutes with the small brush and it is nearly white again, with nothing but tap water. It needs refilling often because the tank is small, but it heats up again in three minutes.

I use it on the oven door, the extractor hood filters and the window tracks. Grease that I used to scrub for an hour comes away in minutes. The safety cap does not open while there is pressure, which I tested more than once out of impatience.

It works well. I was a little bit suspicious at the start because I never bought from here, so I keep four stars until I see how long it lasts. They called to confirm and delivery was in time.
