How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.
What it is
OD-0502
A cordless window vacuum: a squeegee that sucks the dirty water off the glass instead of pushing it down onto the sill. Spray, wipe with the pad, then pull the vacuum down the pane in one pass. No drips, no bucket. The 28 cm blade suits windows, shower screens, mirrors, tiles and car glass; the narrow 17 cm head handles small panes. About 35 minutes per charge, which is roughly 100 m² of glass. The 150 ml tank twists off to empty. Comes with a spray bottle with a microfibre pad on it and a USB-C cable. It also clears condensation from bedroom windows in winter.

I have big terrace doors and two dogs with wet noses. Spray, wipe, pull down once and it is clean without lines. The small head is good for the car.

My wife was sceptical, now she will not give it back. The shower screen takes one minute after each shower and the limescale does not build up any more. The tank is small but it is emptied in seconds.
