How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

Turns one USB-C port into seven. HDMI output at 4K 60 Hz for a monitor or television, two USB-A 3.0 ports at 5 Gbps for drives and keyboards, a USB-C data port, SD and microSD card readers, and a 100 W power pass-through so the laptop still charges through the hub. Aluminium shell, which also gets rid of the heat, and a 15 cm cable that does not strain the port. No drivers to install on any current laptop operating system. Check that your laptop's USB-C port supports video output: most do, some budget models do not.

I work from home with one laptop that has only two ports. Now the monitor, keyboard, mouse, an external disk and the charger all go through this and I unplug a single cable when I leave. The monitor runs at 4K 60 Hz without flicker. It gets warm, not hot.

Both card readers work at the same time, which matters to me as a photographer. Copy speeds from the SD card are the same as with my old reader. Small, light, stays in the laptop bag.

Delivery took five working days to Košice and I paid the courier in cash, which I prefer to typing card numbers on the internet. The product is as described, the aluminium body feels solid and the short cable does not pull on the port.
