How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The total on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods plus 4,99 € delivery, VAT included. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days depending on the country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.
What it is
OD-0227
Four ratchet straps for holding a load on a trailer, roof rack, van floor or pickup bed. Each is 5 m long and 25 mm wide, polyester webbing with a rated lashing capacity of 400 daN in a loop, which suits furniture, motorbikes, kayaks, timber and garden machinery. The ratchets have a rubber-coated handle and the S-hooks are vinyl-dipped so they do not scratch paint. Every strap carries its rating label sewn in. They come with four hook-and-loop ties to keep the loose ends from flapping, and a storage bag so they do not end up knotted together in the boot.

I carry two kayaks on the roof every weekend and these rachet straps hold them without having to stop and tighten again. The coated hooks have not marked the roof bars. The bag keeps them from becoming a knot in the boot, which was always the problem with my old ones.

The set itself is good quality and the rating labels are sewn in properly. I take one star because the parcel was left with a neighbour without asking me, and I paid the neighbour back the same evening. The shop cannot do much about the courier, I understand.
